Sentinel – Account Deletion Process

To request the deletion of your account from the Sentinel app, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Ticket Page

Visit the following link to submit your request:

Step 2: Fill in the Form

  1. Name – Enter the full name associated with your Sentinel account.
  2. Email – Use the email address linked to your account.
  3. Type – Select Support.
  4. Subject – Write something like: Account Deletion Request for Sentinel App
  5. Message – Use this message template or write your own: I would like to request the deletion of my account from the Sentinel app.
    Please erase all associated data in accordance with your privacy policy.
    My registered email is: [your email here].
    Thank you.
  6. (Optional) Add Attachment – You may upload a screenshot or ID for identity verification if needed.

Step 3: Submit

Click Submit and wait for a confirmation email. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
